Barters work: if you like and would like to promote SIP's, I will put a link+banner for your site here in exchange. Or simply contribute to a local charity and I'll share your kindness.

SIP'news is dedicated to my grandfather Chester E. Clark whom published and edited several small town newspapers across America (and was run out of a few of those small towns for his journalistic work) until he settled in Chicago as the Executive Assistant of the American Newspaper Publishers Association, and later retired to his hometown of Harbor Springs Michigan, where he often contributed/wrote articles for the local newspaper. I grew up hearing amazing stories of his exploits (like this 1958 letter from then senator Robert F. Kennedy) learning about those adventures help set me on a path of using digital media to enable people to network, learn and share.
Old school, small town community newspapers (when
operated as intended) used to be highly trusted community resources that
shared important (and unbiased) information with their neighbors (and
readers). These were supported by advertising funds from local
businesses vs. being profit driven vehicles owned by large conglomerates
or special interests. My hope is that SIP's will provide very
targeted value for both neighbors and visitors of our greater Singer
Island resort community ...for a long time to come.
Thank you for reading!
